1:1 Coaching
Online or in-person, life purpose or spiritual coaching is designated for individuals to work through blocks to achieve short and long term goals. We can package your coaching sessions in the way that best suits you and you needs. Typical session are once a week for 3 or 6 months.
We will have a free discovery call before you decide to sign up for coaching to ensure I am able to help you reach your goals AND that you are comfortable with me and my coaching style. We will also discuss rates in this call
Individual Sound Bath
Online or in-person, this personalized session will help you release stress and anxiety around work and life though sound healing. Before each session we will spend time getting to know you needs and concerns so we can develop the most beneficial session for you
Group Sound Bath
Online or in-person, this group session for your team or any group will help you release stress and anxiety around work and life though sound healing.
